Definition

If this indicator is selected, the contract is overfulfilled, i.e. the total number of orders accepted that count towards discount has exceeded the target quantity to such an extent that the next highest discount has been reached.
If the "Adjust discount automatically" indicator has been selected, the system will calculate the higher discount during a contract settlement, i.e will adjust the scale for this contract.
Once settlement has been performed, the contract will no longer count as being overfulfilled.
