Use
If this indicator is selected in the copying variant and the Copy item category indicator and a new item category have not been specified, the user is asked to define the item category for the new items to be created when the items are copied.
Note
If you have not defined a default item category when you assigned item categories to the sales document types, the system will ask the user for an item category every time. This means that it is not necessary to select this indicator.
