Definition

Indicator that a country-specific check of different master record fields (such as fields with tax numbers) is to be carried out. The corresponding check routines, such as the check digit procedure, are installed in the system and can be activated using this switch. The check routine responsible for a country is found by means of the international country code.

For the following countries, specific checks have been implemented for the specified fields:
Argentina: Tax code 1
Belgium: Tax code 2 VAT reg.no.
Brazil: Tax code 1 Tax code 2 PBC/POR number
Chile: Tax code 1
Denmark: Tax code 2 PBC/POR number VAT reg.no.
Germany: VAT reg.no.
