Documentation
Definition
Indicates whether or not a complimentary order of an issue can be assigned to this category: in other words, whether or not this category can be used for the period in an order for which billing is not performed.
Use
The entry in this field is checked with category usage. This only allows you to use categories for the non-billing period in which the indicator 'price zero allowed' is selected.
Note
The usage of a category for free orders (for example, free items) is not validated against this indicator. You can set up this validation in the category usage data by specifying only the valid categories for the appropriate order and item type (e.g. 'KP').
