Procedure
Enter a combination of employee group and employee subgroup in this field. You can specify * or + to make a generic entry or + to mask the entry.
Example
- Generic entry
The entry 1* enables you to select all of the employees assigned to employee group 1 "active employee", irrespective of the employee subgroup.
- Masked entry
The entry +DU enables you to select all of the employees assigned to employee subgroup DU "salaried employee", irrespective of the employee group.
Please note you cannot specify an interval for a masked entry.
Dependencies
If you have defined a person selection period, all personnel numbers that have been assigned to the organizational unit defined in this and other fields on at least one day during this time period will be selected. An OR link exists within a line, an AND link between lines.
