Definition

An item with 'automatic transformation to chargeable' is a trial item (such as a trial subscription) that continues as a standard item in the System after its validity period runs out, unless the subscriber explicitly requests that it be cancelled.

When a trial item is created, an unlimited change is created automatically in the background. The unlimited change takes effect on the day after the trial item finishes. If the subscriber notifies the publisher in time that he/she does not want to receive any further deliveries, the administrator need only delete the unlimited change.
