If you set this indicator, then the table of contents for the archives from the past 450 days is used for a detailed check during a critical archiving or conversion function (see field XCRIT_READ, XCRIT_RELO or XCRIT_DBCV).
If the indicator is set and no data can be found for the table of contents for the relevant archives (that is, not older than 450 days), then the function is terminated.
If the tables of contents are complete, then the company codes affected by the function and their relevant fiscal years are compared to the archive contents. If there are archives which contain data which affects the currency conversion, then the function is terminated. Otherwise the function is carried out.
If you do not set this indicator, then merely the respective XCRIT_... field is decisive.
