If this indicator is set, this indicates that the current ad spec is the left-hand section of a linked ad spec which has a gutter bleed format.
Use
An ad spec with a gutter bleed format can be represented using two linked sub ad specs.
This indicator determines which of the two ad specs is situated on the left-hand side of the gutter margin.
