Definition
The new ad spec created references the old ad spec.
Use
If the indicator is set, the ad spec is copied in such a way, that there is reference betwen the old ad spec and the new ad spec.
If a new order is created, a new ad spec is created and all the fields are copied 1:1.
If no new order is created, the existing ad spec is used and an ad spec assignment is created for the item.
