Documentation
Definition
If you specify that DME files are to be generated, you need to enter a file name.
Use
Dependencies
The system enters this file name as a prefix to all files that it creates. If you also enter a file-name extention for the header or line-item file, the system includes that in the name of the files it generates.
Example
You enter ABCDE as the file name, and XML as the file name extension for both the header and line-item files. Based on your selection criteria, the system creates:
File type File name
Header-data file ABCDE_00000001.XML
First line-item file ABCDE_00000002.XML
Second line-item file ABCDE_00000003.XML
The first part of the file name is what you enter on the selection screen, the second part is an automatically generated sequential number, and the third part contains the file-name extension.
