Documentation
Definition
This indicator defines whether or not the issues of a combined edition are relevant for order billing.
Use
This setting takes effect in pricing for startup and run-out periods (e.g. proportional price for month) and in piece-related pricing.
These combined issues are also relevant in orders with a liability account and influence determination of the expiration date in renewal-controlled subscriptions. Appropriate amortization installments must be defined for this purpose.
Caution:
Changing the indicator only affects future billing documents. If a mix type definition is used wrongly in billing documents that were already created, these must be reversed and generated again after the indicator has been changed.
In the case of renewal-controlled subscriptions, changing the indicator will only affect deliveries that have not yet been amortized. These are usually the deliveries for which shipping has not yet been generated.
Example
- A Sunday newspaper supplied in combination is not relevant for billing
