Documentation
Definition
A contract assignment that is created or changed manually has a value that is not initial in this field. This is the level of manual influence. If contract determination is performed again, this assignment is only overwritten by a new manual assignment in the same billing dataset for the same contract if an overwrite rule exists for the existing and new level of manual influence.
(New assignments receive the same level of manual influence as the existing assignments if contract determination is performed again during order billing because manual influence is not possible here.)
Further notes
An assignment that has a level of manual influence from 0 to 9 before contract determination is repeated is set to "Not manual" once contract determination is complete.
Example
During restricted contract determination, existing assignments to other contracts can receive a level of manual influence from 0 to 9. This means that they are retained as non-manual assignments once contract determination is complete.
Maintenance
A different level of manual influence can be set according to the situation in which the assignment is changed manually. The conflict control that applies in the sales area for the assigned order defines which level of manual influence is set for which application. Overwrite rules are also defined in this conflict control.
Standard settings
The level of manual influence 'X' is entered in applications for which no entry has been made in the conflict control (as was the case prior to Release 4.61). If however, an entry exists with a blank level of manual influence exists, the contract assignment is defined as not manual in this application.
