Use

Has the effect that the dunning lock is restricted if it is set in the item.

A dunnable item that is locked by such a dunning lock is treated as follows:

  • It does not trigger a dunning notice itself, but can be dunned with other items
  • It contributes to the dunning balance, but is not used for the amount limit check
  • The dunning level is not changed, that is, it remains at dunning level zero or retains its higher dunning level and has no effect on the dunning level of the dunning notice.

If you want to treat an item with a restricted lock like an item that is not due - in contrast to the standard - define an installation-specific function module for event 0304, In this function module, set the dunning level of the item to zero.

Note:

This field is not used by all application areas.
