Definition
Indicates whether a limited change such as a suspension or redirection is to be treated as a full item in billing. If this is not the case, billing is performed proportionally for the period during which the change applies if a number of billing periods are affected.
An additional indicator 'Billing at end of calculation' enables you to determine that billing is to take place for this period during the next billing run after the end of the limited change.
