This indicator determines that the circulation audit category is to be used as an adjustment category in statistical evaluations for the 'calculated unpaid copies'.
The calculated unpaid copies are calculated as the difference of:
Draw (= circulation produced from the issues evaluated)

Quantities delivered (total of all units delivered in orders).
