Definition

This indicator controls whether certain information messages are returned to the caller when calling complaints from the short dialog; that is to say, an error message is processed in the complaint dialog instead of an information message.

• ''X' -> Information message is processed as error message
• ' ' -.> Information message is processed

Use

For example, you want the system to display a warning in the short dialog when you save the complaint if a carrier substitution is recorded or there are no deliveries in the complaint period. This is controlled by this indicator.
