Use
You use this indicator to specify that the following activities may only be performed after the relevant batch record has been approved:
- Making the usage decision for an inspection lot of the origin Goods receipt from production
- Changing the batch status from Restricted to Unrestricted

This indicator is only taken into account for batches that have been manufactured using a process order.
We recommend using an order type for which the Batch record required indicator has been set in Customizing to produce materials for which this indicator has been set.
