Definition
This indicator determines how the publication date of an edition is to be determined if the date determined using issue control collides with a public holiday. The following four alternatives are possible:
"0" Issue not published in individual period
"X" Publication date determined is valid
"-" Publication is moved to the first possible working
day before the date determined
"+" Publication is moved to the next possible working
day after the date determined
