Definition

Defines whether the system uses the manual or standard settings when it updates contract account information for business partners.

Use

When the system creates contract account information for a business partner for the first time, it always uses the standard settings defined in the Standard Contract Account (Student Account) section of the Campus Management Implementation Guide. However, you can also set the contract account data manually. If you do so, you must specify which settings the system should use to create the contract account data when it updates business partner data:

• If you do not set the Manual Setting indicator, the system uses the standard settings when it updates business partner data.
• If you set the Manual Setting indicator, the system uses the manual settings when it updates business partner data.
