Use

If the parameter is marked, existing documentation elements are overwritten (if they are not blocked against conversion by a block entry in table T99D3), namely by the modules marked with 'U' in table T99D1. The effect is limited by selecting the parameter 'Only partial update'.

  • a short text for the explanation of the transaction type
  • the batch number (only for materials to be handled in batches)

Use

You can carry out a test run with this indicator.

Procedure

Select this field as well as the field "Output log" if you would like to carry out a test run.

The system does not carry out a data base update but outputs a control list of the selected reservation items (log).

With the selection function, you can select the line items which are to be edited and afterwards start the data base updating with the function "Save changes". (Copy from DZ BATIN 0001)

Note

If the indicator is not set, the data base updates are carried out immediately.

Indicator specifiying whether the materials are sorted by storage bin OR material group within a plant or storage location.

Procedure

Select the desired sorting criterion.

If you do not select a sorting criterion, the materials are sorted by plant and storage location.

With this indicator, you determine that the sessions created by the report are not deleted after processing. You can display the sessions with the options "System" > "Services" -> Batch input" -> "Edit".

Procedure

Set the indicator if the edited sessions should not be deleted.

If the indicator is not set, error-free sessions are deleted after processing. Sessions, in which errors occured, are not deleted.

With the indicators GR/IR list and summary sheet, you can determine the length of list.

Procedure

  • Select the indicator GR/IR list to obtain the basic list.
  • Select the indicator Totals sheet to obtain a summary sheet.
  • If you select both indicators, the two lists are written in succession.
