Definition
If you select this indicator, you tell the program that you want to delete the archive index for the documents.
For those programs that can be run in either test or update mode, this option is used in update mode only. This option is not effective if the program is run in test mode.
In the archive index contains the archive files to which archived financial accounting documents are assigned. This index allows you to access a given document that has already been archived more quickly than would otherwise be the case.
