Definition
This indicator controls whether documents, which have been assigned to an item, are taken into account when the item is copied.
Use
If you select this indicator, the system also assigns documents, which you have assigned to an item, to the new item during copying. Documents are not copied here, but references to the original documents are assigned to the new item.
If you do not select this indicator, no documents are assigned to the new item.
