Definition
Indicates whether or not a short dialog is to be active for creating complaints from the order overview in central access. If the indicator is selected, the short dialog is active.
You can use the short dialog to create a complaint for an order item by making only a few entries in a dialog box. Complaint processing is not accessed in this case. You can, however, jump from the dialog box to complaint processing, and in this case default values are assigned in complaint processing according to the entries made in the short dialog (for example, the issues are read and displayed for the complaint period specified).
