Documentation
Definition
This indicator controls whether or not the purchase price of the basic order item is to be used as a relevant characteristic for the circulation book. If the indicator is selected, the order value is entered as the purchase price during update; in this case, evaluations can be performed using this characteristic.
Note
Pricing does not take place for the order, nor are billing documents processed for the order during the update of the circulation figures. The purchase price from the most recent condition document is simply copied from the order into the circulation book.
This means that circulation figures referring to orders for which pricing has not been performed recently are assigned to old purchase prices.
For this reason, this characteristic is only intended for use in certain situations, such as with renewal subscriptions that have up-to-date price data.
