Definition

Controls whether the dunning procedure is executed on document level or line item (item) level for individual dunning.

Use

This flag only influences individual dunning.

  • If you set the flag and the line item number (OPUPK field) is not specified as the dunning grouping field for individual dunning, all items for a document are dunned in a collective dunning procedure for individual dunning.

    The document number (OPBEL field) is the separating attribute.

  • If you do not set the flag and use the line item number as the dunning grouping field, all line items are dunned in independent, unrelated dunning procedures for individual dunning.

    The line item number (OPUPK field) is the separating attribute.

Dependencies

If you set or change the flag, you may have to adjust the dunning grouping for individual dunning, or create a specific category (IMG activity Define Dunning Grouping).

  • If you set the flag to dun all items for a document collectively, the dunning grouping cannot contain the line item number as a dunning grouping field.
  • If you do not set the flag, to dun each item for a document individually, you must add the line item number as the dunning grouping field for the dunning grouping.

    The individual line items are only assigned to various dunning procedures if you use this field.
