Definition
This option controls whether the system begins searching the archive automatically (option not selected), or whether it displays a dialog box giving you the option of not searching the archive (option selected). This option is only effective if you have not deactivated the archive search function for your archive search strategy (change editing options).
In the case of mass data processing where this option is selected, this dialog box will be displayed only once. In the case of background processing, it will either not be displayed or displayed only once.
When processing data individually, the dialog box will always be displayed.
