Documentation
Definition
This indicator enables you to determine whether the order deadline for ad pre-prints is maintained in the same way as that for daily or non-daily publications - i.e. the order deadline for ad pre-prints is maintained for each weekday (like daily publications) or only with a time offset (like non-dailies).
Control of Maintenance of Technical Order Deadline Limit for Ad Pre-Prints
The indicator 'AdPPr.Deadl./Daily' in table TJY00 enables you to control whether the technical order deadline limit for ad pre-prints is to be maintained in the same way as that for daily or for non-daily publications.
Meaning of indicator:
If the indicator is initial, the order deadline limit for ad pre-prints is maintained in the same way as that for a non-daily, meaning that you can maintain entries for offset days and an offset time.
If the indicator is selected, you can maintain offset days and times for each weekday.
Changing the indicator:
If you change the indicator, you should note that existing entries for the order deadline for ad pre-prints will be converted accordingly:
Changing maintenance from non-dailies to dailies:
At present, there is an entry with offset days and an offset time. This entry is copied to all weekdays and deleted itself.
Changing maintenance from dailies to non-dailies:
At present, there are 7 entries (one for each weekday) with offset days and an offset time. These 7 entries are grouped together to form one entry for non-dailies. (The system selects the entry that moves the order deadline farthest off into the future.)
