Definition
Time limit that you can use to control how the system determines the ordering day.
Use
If the starting time of the program (in the system) is before this time. the ordering date is the same as the starting date of the program or the next possible working day if the starting date is not a working day.
If the time has passed when the program is run, the system uses the next working day as the ordering date.
