Definition
Defines for which application an (iPPE or PLM )object is defined in the interface. This alss defines which attributes and attribute values an object can have.
Use
The following objects can be assigned to an application object type:
- Nodes
- Variants
- Alternatives
- PLM objects
By being assigned to an application object type, the object is also assigned a specific task in iPPE.
Example
If a node type has been assigned to the application object type CMP, it has the task of displaying a BOM component.
