This category is the category in which the first version of a warranty claim is created if the claim is created manually.
Dependencies
Example
In the case of postcrediting, this is usually the category Versions from Claimant.
If the claimant and the claim processor are identical, for example if a vehicle importer creates warranty claims him/herself as the result of controls and repair services and then sends them directly to the manufacturer, the starting category is Versions to Reimburser.
