Alphanumeric key that uniquely identifies a service contract for the warranty object.

For service contracts which are being handled here can be all sorts of SD or CS contracts that are maintained with transcations VA41, VA42 and VA43.

Enhanced warranty conditions and special condition records can be stored in such a service contract.

Use

If a service contract exists for the warranty object, it can be determined using action A110 Service Contract Check

In addition to the condition nrecords that are found in the warranty claim during normal pricing, the condition records that are stored for the service contract are also found, in other words generally for the keys Partner, Material and Contract Number.
