Enter the number of the object or the document in field Reference Number in the warranty claim.
Use
Only the reference type RC (recall campaign) is contained in the standard system. This reference type has a controlling effect: if you choose RC in this field and enter the external recall number in the field Reference Number, the claim is automatically checked against the recall data when the appropriate actions are called (actions A095, A096).
