Definition
End value of the warranty counter, i.e. the calculated value for the warranty end date. The end value is calculated from the start value plus the value limit.
This value is in the measurement document unit and is converted internally to the internationally recognized standard SI unit.
Use
The end value is useful when the start value is not equal to zero. If a used vehicle has already travelled 50 000 km (start value) when it is sold and the warranty is valid for 30 000 km (limit), then the warranty is valid for up to a total of 80 000 km (end value).
