Definition

Defines how specific values ahould be printed, whether as a quantity, an absolute amount, in a certain currency or as a precentage.

Use

The field calulation type refers to both the value in the field Amount and to the field Contribution.

The standard setting is CURR (absolute amount in a specific currency).

Dependencies

The main condition type (the condition type that is displayed in the version details in the item overview) is determined using the calculation type, the category and the item type. The settings for this are in Customizing.

Example

The claimant creates an item with 10 screws at 0,50 cents each. He expects to get half of this amount reimbursed. He can choose one of the following alternative entries:

• Quantity: 5 screws
• Absolute amount: 2,50
• Percentage: 50 %
