Use

Controls how prepared data is output in the form of a list that can be configured online and printed.
A hierarchy of grouping criteria can be defined for each list type. These criteria are taken from a subset of structure QSTRMAIN.

For each grouping criteria you can specify:

  • whether a header and/or totals row is to be displayed
  • whether line items are to be displayed at the level of the internal table that contains the prepared data

An ALV display variant is created for each of the row types (header, total, or line item row) in the list. These display variants can be configured online.

The display variants are based on the following DDIC structures:

  • QSTRMAIN for totals and lines item rows
  • QSTRBUKRS, QSTRLIFNR, QSTRWITHT and QSTRWTHCD for the headers of grouping criteria "company code", "vendor", "withholding tax type", and "withholding tax code".

The headers of the remaining grouping criteria are also created on the basis of structure QSTRMAIN.

Several list types can generally be assigned to each reporting version.
