Documentation

Use

A data source selects the data to be reported from the database and prepares it for use in withholding tax reporting. The withholding tax data to be reported is assigned to the documents for reporting.

Example

Data source DS1:
Reports vendor invoices and credit memos, as well as down payments that have not yet been cleared. Withholding tax amounts from partial payments or from (partially) cleared down payments are assigned to the relevant invoice.
Data source DS2:
DS2 also works with the logical database KDF. However, withholding tax amounts from down payments, partial payments, and clearing payments are reported here. You can use a country-specific Business Transaction Event (BTE) to postprocess the data.
