Definition
This indicator has the effect that the withholding tax amount is only calculated and posted if it exceeds a minimum withholding tax amount that you maintain in Customizing.
Use
Only use for "No central invoice" or "Proportionate central invoice". To check the minimum withholding tax amount, the withholding tax amounts of all paid open items that are to be cleared with the same payment document are added together.
Relevant for Argentina.
