Documentation
Definition
When you replace logic in background, this specifies the number of lock attempts made before the system terminates the substitution and writes a corresponding entry with an error indicator to the worklist of substitutions to be performed.
Use
If you have specified that the system should start the replacement logic in the background and have not specified a number for the blocking attempts, the system makes 10 lock attempts.
Dependencies
While executing the replacement logic in the background, the system attempts to lock the documents to be enhanced (stock transfer, delivery). If it cannot set the lock because the document is already locked (for example, by another user), the system waits one second before reattempting to set the lock.
