Definition
Number of days in the past for selection of the PDC transactions without document reference.
Use
Enter the number of days counting from today backwards, for which the system is to search for selecting PDC transactions without document reference.
Enter the value "0" if you only want the system to select the PDC transactions without document reference for the current day.
The system uses an entered value at two points in the physical inventory of SAP Retail Store:
- In the PDC monitor
In the initial screen, there is a selection field "from date" that you can use to select the PDC transactions without reference document. The system uses the value that you enter here to determine the default value that appears in the "from date" selection field in the initial screen of the PDC monitor. - During physical inventory
If the PDC process without document reference is used in the store, the system issues a warning message if the user selects the function "edit differences" and there are no PDC transactions without document reference available that have not been processed. (In this case, you may not wish to post the differences.) The system uses the time period in the past that you entered for the selection of the PDC transactions.
