Documentation

Definition

Indicator which helps to control whether only the items that have not been previously processed should be processed.

Use

The indicator has the following effect on the program run:

  • Indicator set
If you set the indicator, only the items in the physical inventory documents for which the book inventory has not yet been calculated are processed. (ISEG-WSTI_XCALC is blank.) This method of processing is useful if some of the physical inventory documents have been processed and only those that have not been processed should be selected.
  • Indicator not set
If you do not set the indicator, all the items that can be processed in the physical inventory documents that have been selected, regardless of whether the book inventory at count time for these items has already been calculated or not. This method of processing is useful if more POS receipts were posted after the first program run and another calculation is necessary.
