Definition
Number of lines or purchase order items displayed on the dialog screen of the Purchase Order application in the SAP Retail Store when creating, changing and displaying purchase orders.
Use
This parameter is used to adapt the dialog screen to the pre-set hardware conditions so that as many purchase order items as possible are displayed. This is to make entering purchase orders easier and to ensure that scrolling using a scroll bar at the side of the screen is not necessary.
A maximum of 15 rows is defined for this parameter. This is checked when you enter the value in the Customizing schema for the purchase order.
If a purchase order contains more items than the number of lines entered here or if additionlal items need to be entered when creating a purchase order, you can switch between blocks using scroll keys. If you set the parameter too large so that not all the lines can be displayed on the screen, a scroll bar appears on the right-hand side of the screen.
