Definition

Indicator for the Incoming Invoice application in the SAP Retail Store that controls whether the invoice quantity is displayed in the item data when entering invoices and, if so, whether it is ready for input.

Use

You can set the following values for the indicator:

0: The field is hidden

1: The field is displayed but is not ready for input

Blank: The field is ready for input

Dependencies

The indicator is maintained in the Customizing schema for the Incoming Invoice in Customizing for the SAP Retail Store component.

Example

Set the indicator to 0 or 1, if for organizational reasons in your company, the invoice quantity always matches the PO quantity in the Invoice Entry business process. Choose 0 if you want to make the entry screen as simple as possible.
