Definition
Past period in days when searching for material documents in the SAP Retail Store applications.
Use
The past period is used to fill the Document Date search criterion with a default value, from which material documents are to be selected, in the search help for material documents.
The search for material documents takes place, for example, in the Goods Receipt application if stock transfers were selected as reference documents or if goods receipts are to be reversed,. It also takes place in the Invoice Entry application if an incoming invoice is to be created for a goods receipt.
Dependencies
The document date can be changed interactively online.
Example
You have set the past period to 20 days and you call the goods receipt application on the 24.12.2004. The Document Date search criterion is filled with the 04.12.2004.
