Documentation
Definition
Indicator showing that purchase requisitions available in the system for the current plant are displayed as default quantities.
Use
If you set the indicator, the system fills the quantity input fields in the store order of SAP Retail Store with the quantities from the purchase requisitions.
There is also an additional pushbutton in the store order dialog of SAP Retail Store that you can use to change or create default values (purchase requisitions).
You can then use the authorization object M_BEST_WRK to control whether the user can only change default quantities or also generate follow-on documents.
Dependencies
If you want to use the mechanism described above, make sure that follow-on generation for the store order is set so that no purchase requisitions are generated.
