Definition

An indicator with which you can control whether an existing reference assignment can be overwritten during the transfer of the reference assignment.

Use

You can choose one of the following possibilities:

  • Overwrite

    Existing reference assignments are overwritten during the transfer.

  • Only overwrite if not maintained manually

    The system overwrites an existing assignment only if it has been created automatically before. If the assignment has been created manually (or if an automatically created assignment has been manually modified), the system will not overwrite this assignment.

  • Do Not Overwrite

    An existing reference assignment is never overwritten during the transfer.
