Use
The validity of reference assignments and reference modules are defined by a valid-to date in the corresponding data records. The deletion report analyzes this valid-to date.
Normally, records with valid-to date prior to the current date (date of the program run) will be deleted. The Additional Time Buffer parameter allows you to artificially extend records' validity period by a specified number of days. The records will be deleted when the valid-to date is prior to the current date minus the number of days in Additional Time Buffer.
The Additional Time Buffer is a value that you can set in Customizing. This becomes the default value in the selection screen, but you can override it for a given report run.
