Indicator that controls whether or not change pointers are processed

Use

Set this indicator if you want to process change pointers that are created by the maintenance dialog of the material master when a user changes the field MRP Type or Reference Determination Type in table 'plant data for material' .

If you do not want to process change pointers but want to select and process material/plant combinations directly, do not set this indicator.

Dependencies

Depending on your choice, the system evaluates the selection options for materials and plants in different ways:

• If you set this indicator and enter values in the selection screen, then the system processes only the change pointers for the specified material/plant combinations.
• If you do not set this indicator and enter values in the selection screen, then the system processes the specified material/plant combinations.
