Reason profile for the status of the OTB special release
Use
You process the reason profile in OTB Customizing. It consists of a 4-character ID number.
You select a reason profile that creates a reason (with short and long text) for why you are setting a subsequent status for the OTB special release:
- Requirement
- Acceptance
- Rejection
The assignment of a reason profile to an OTB special release status provides information on why the program assigned a particular OTB special release status.
