Definition
During circulation planning, the System enters the planned quantity of promotional copies in a delivery as the actual quantity of promotional copies in a delivery for the delivery person. This actual value can be changed once planning is completed. It includes all the promotional copies delivered by the carrier and that are to be included in settlement:
- Random distribution copies
- Targetted promotional copies
This actual quantity is determined exclusively for the delivery type 'home delivery' and remains blank for all other deliveries.
