Threshold values for distribution centers
Use
Here you enter an upper and a lower threshold value (in %) for distribution centers. The system uses this to determine whether the current stock situation should be regarded as an out-of-stock, overstock or normal stock situation. The system provides default values that you can overwrite.
Dependencies
Example
The user sets the lower threshold for distribution centers at 20% and the upper threshold at 120%.
If the system calculates the ratio between the actual stock and the reference stock as 15%, an out-of-stock situation exists.
If the ratio between the actual stock and the reference stock is calculated as 125%, an overstock situation exists.
When the stock is > = the lower and < = the upper value, you can consider that a normal stock situation exists.
